Đổi mới – Sáng tạo – Truyền cảm hứng trong từng tiết học
Học kỳ I năm học 2025–2026, trường Tiểu học và THCS Hà Nội Thăng Long tự hào ghi nhận 53 tiết hội giảng sáng tạo và chuyên đề, đến từ giáo viên của tất cả các tổ khối. Con số ấy không chỉ thể hiện tinh thần trách nhiệm nghề nghiệp mà còn khẳng định quyết tâm đổi mới, học hỏi không ngừng của tập thể thầy cô HNTL.
Các tiết học năm nay thực sự để lại nhiều dấu ấn đặc biệt. Bên cạnh việc ứng dụng AI và công nghệ hiện đại trong dạy học, nhiều thầy cô đã linh hoạt kết hợp hoạt động trải nghiệm, giáo dục tương tác giúp học sinh chủ động khám phá kiến thức qua trò chơi, dự án nhóm, thí nghiệm thực tế hay hoạt động ứng dụng đời sống.
Nhiều giờ dạy còn được thiết kế theo hướng liên môn, kết nối kiến thức giữa Toán – Khoa học, Ngữ văn – Lịch sử, Toán học, Ngữ Văn - Âm nhạc, Hội họa… tạo nên những bài học mạch lạc, giàu chiều sâu và giúp học sinh hiểu bài một cách toàn diện, tự nhiên và hứng thú hơn. Tất cả tạo nên một bức tranh sinh động của những tiết học “mở”, nơi học sinh được trải nghiệm, tương tác, sáng tạo và tự phát triển năng lực.
“Hội giảng Giáo viên sáng tạo” từ lâu đã trở thành hoạt động chuyên môn quan trọng và xuyên suốt năm học tại HNTL. Đây là cơ hội để mỗi thầy cô lan tỏa tinh thần Học tập suốt đời, cùng nhau trao đổi kinh nghiệm, khám phá phương pháp mới và nâng cao chất lượng bài giảng. Sau mỗi giờ dạy, những góp ý chân thành, mang tính xây dựng từ tổ chuyên môn là nền tảng để giáo viên không ngừng hoàn thiện, từ đó mang đến nhiều tiết học hay – sống động – hiệu quả hơn cho học sinh.
Nhờ sự tâm huyết và nỗ lực bền bỉ của đội ngũ giáo viên, các giờ học tại HNTL ngày càng trở thành những trải nghiệm trọn vẹn: học như chơi – chơi để học, nơi mỗi học sinh đều được truyền cảm hứng để khám phá bản thân và thế giới xung quanh.

CREATIVE TEACHERS&; DEMONSTRATION LESSONS – SEMESTER I, SCHOOL YEAR 2025–2026
Innovation – Creativity – Inspiration in Every Lesson
In the first semester of the 2025–2026 school year, Hanoi Thang Long Primary & Secondary School proudly recorded 53 creative demonstration lessons and thematic sessions, contributed by teachers from all grade-level departments. This number not only reflects the teachers&; strong sense of professional responsibility but also affirms the collective commitment of HNTL educators to continuous learning, renewal, and innovation.
This year&;s lessons truly left many remarkable impressions. Alongside the effective integration of AI and modern educational technology, many teachers flexibly combined experiential activities and interactive learning, enabling students to explore knowledge actively through games, group projects, hands-on experiments, and real-life application tasks.
Several lessons were also designed following an interdisciplinary approach, connecting knowledge across subjects such as Math – Science, Literature – History, Music – Art… creating coherent, in-depth learning experiences that help students understand content in a holistic, natural, and engaging way. All of these contributed to a lively picture of “open” lessons where students are encouraged to explore, interact, create, and develop their personal competencies.
The “Creative Teachers&; Demonstration Lessons” have long been an important and continuous professional activity throughout the school year at HNTL. This is an opportunity for every teacher to spread the spirit of Lifelong Learning, exchange experiences, discover new methods, and enhance the quality of their teaching. After each lesson, sincere and constructive feedback from professional groups serves as a foundation for teachers to further refine their skills, bringing students more meaningful, dynamic, and effective learning experiences.
Thanks to the dedication and persistent efforts of the teaching staff, the lessons at HNTL are increasingly becoming fulfilling learning journeys: learning through play – playing to learn, where every student is inspired to explore themselves and the world around them.
